Components are coated through cathodic electro-deposition in a controlled paint bath, then move onward to curing and any further coating stage.
Line considerations
ATG works with conveyorised handling, film-thickness control, ultrafiltration paint recovery and compatibility with liquid or powder over-layers.
A joined-up system
CED planning must be coordinated with pretreatment, transport, curing, utilities and controls—not treated as a standalone tank.
